Kristian Gonzalez

Associate Attorney

About Kristian Gonzalez

Kristian is a litigator with experience in representing both individuals and companies in a wide range of issues ranging from breach of contract to class actions to construction defects.  Prior to joining The Barthet Firm, Kristian served as an associate attorney at a prominent Jacksonville complex commercial litigation firm.  His practice now focuses on the representation of contractors and developers in the legal disputes that arise up and down the chain of every major construction project.

Before beginning his practice, Kristian attended the University of Florida Levin College of Law, where he competed in trial advocacy—winning a national championship and multiple advocacy awards during his tenure.  During his time in law school, he also spent time as a judicial clerk for the Honorable Judge Adalberto Jordan and the Honorable Judge Robin Rosenbaum of the United States Eleventh Circuit Court of Appeals.  Kristian now applies that same level of competitiveness, attention to detail, and strong advocacy to his clients as a litigator for The Barthet Firm.
