    With experience in both the private and public sectors of the law, Justin provides a unique skill set to the clients of the Firm. His background includes various manners of disputes in both State and Federal courts.

    Justin attended Radford University where he played Rugby and served as the Vice President of Phi Kappa Sigma fraternity. He graduated Radford University with honors in 2010, obtaining a scholarship to attend Florida Coastal School of Law.

    Starting his career in Washington D.C. as a Legal Analyst with the United States Secret Service, Justin worked alongside USSS Agents in investigating and prosecuting fraudulent crimes, while recouping millions of dollars’ worth of ill-gotten gains to provide restitution to victims. In the spring of 2015, Justin relocated to Miami to accept a position as a commercial litigator. During this time, Justin played an integral role in obtaining class certification in two separate suits, while gaining substantial experience in litigating both state and federal court actions.

    Representative Experience


    Defended Precast supplier against former employee who alleged company terminated her due to pregnancy in violation of Title VII; initiated suit for conversion and civil theft against property owner regarding ownership rights to a crane and other various trade fixtures; successfully vacated six-figure final judgment entered against general contractor for alleged fraudulent trade practices and obtained favorable settlement in favor of general contractor.

    Commercial Disputes

    Litigated numerous class action lawsuits on behalf of Medicare beneficiaries as well Medicare Advantage Organizations; obtained class certification in two separate class action suits against insurers under the Medicare Secondary Payer Act; initiated class action lawsuit on behalf of Florida Power and Light customers alleging inadequate response and preparedness of utility provider following Hurricane Irma; litigated suits and pursued various liens in MDL and class action settlements relating to a number of defective and harmful medical devices and drugs; defended owner of baseball facility in personal injury suit alleging the facility failed to take proper measures to prohibit the use of aluminum bats, which resulted in substantial personal injury to player.
