About Benjamin Hyman
Ben has spent the last few years honing his litigation skills, from sitting first chair on a number of jury trials to serving as lead counsel on several hundred bench trials. He has managed junior attorneys on substantive law and trial strategy, and has an enviable record of success.
Ben served as a judicial intern for Florida Supreme Court’s Chief Justice Jorge LaBarga, and was a staff attorney for both Legal Services of North Florida in Tallahassee and Legal Services of Greater Miami before going into private practice.
Ben’s record of service and success was already evident in law school where he was elected by his peers to be President of the Dade County Bar Association, Florida International University Student Chapter. He has shared his expertise with dozens and dozens of lawyers through the presentation of continuing education approved materials, and has further improved his advocacy skills by also appearing as lead appellate counsel.
